Regular Lapras is the teal one! Shiny Lapras is the royal blue one! I love Lapras. D: When I was a kid I would rush through the game to get to the Sylph headquarters so I could get Lapras. (Pokemon Yellow .... way way back...) There needed to be a Lapras pin before I could make more pins. x_x The moons glow!! The little moon charm also glows! I like glow in the dark things! :D This pin is about 2x2 inches, the hanging moon charm is another inch ish.
